Absolute WORST experience. This is my second time getting a loan with them as I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I really wish I hadn't. Please do yourself a favor and dont choose this company based on ease. They make you run back and forth, the staff is usually either rude or have no idea how to do what you need and get an attitude about it. It has taken me a week to get through to any type of closing and I have still sat here for 2 hours staring at my closing screen with no one to help me because they chose to help new people over me (who was literally one sign away from being done completely). I would not recommend wasting your time here because that's all they will end up doing is simply wasting it and then blaming you.
This company is a ripoff, I was told that my apr would be 14% and after I signed it I saw that it was 24%! How am I gonna be able to rebuild my credit with that apt?! People just go to the lending club, there are no surprises and they give great customer service and support. I will be paying this loan off extra early!
