If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service at this branch. Their branch manager Kristy is horrible about following up with their customers. First of all they messed up my deferment and caused me to go into the negative, because they had an “intern” that didn’t put it through properly. I understand mistakes happen, but that’s someone’s money they’re messing around with. Although, yes Kristy was apologetic, but she also told me she would follow up and keep an eye on my account Lies!! I’ve had to follow up with them, which is not my job. Sent her an email and a phone call..guess what.. no call, no email, and no follow through! Guess this is how they do customer service. Horrible!!!!!!
These people, OneMain Financial, needs to be investigated! Their rates are outrageous. If you happen to fall behind with your payment, they will harass you like to the point of a nervous breakdown . They’ll call you all the time, they will overnight letters harassing you and lots of mail! Find another way to do a loan!! DON’T go to ONEMAIN FINANCIAL!!
I had applied for a loan from one main to refinance another loan from InstaLoan. Ryan is the one who had approved me up to 5000 told me that all I needed was full coverage insurance and we could go ahead and finish the process. I leave to go and purchase full coverage insurance which was about two hundred and something and when I return back to OneMain. Mr. Ryan decided to deny me and I was not able to get a loan and I had used my loan payment for InstaLoan for the full coverage insurance. Now I am not able to pay my loan with InstaLoan because of Ryan lying to me about me being proved. I am a single mother with three children who works full-time. Ryan is the reason why I am losing my Jeep now and I think he should be losing his job. I would never recommend this place because all they do is lie to you
