I went here to cash a check on Saturday July 13th, 2019 I was asked for my personal information including my social security number. On Sunday July 14th, 2019 I got an alert from Credit Karma letting me know there was a hard inquiry on my credit from Verizon Wireless. I never solicited any services from Verizon or had given my social security number to anyone. Only place I had provided my social was here and the next day I have a hard inquiry and open account with a mobile company and who knows what else they done with my social. Stay away from this place they share your private information. Now I am dealing with identity theft.

I've been taking loans there for years and I've paid every loan back on time. recently I retired I went there to change my status to retired so the first person that I talked to wanted me to fill new application and I questioned it because I figured that I've been there for so many years .the only thing that they had to change was my status from working to retired I kind of got upset and I wasn't going to do it I was going to leave it at that and not take the loan.... so I proceeded to ask for my ID back and I was going to go but all of a sudden the manager came up and told me to fill it out that they were going to fill out the new information load and behold after I did all that they told me that I couldn't take another loan that I would have to wait to put another income... so I repeated myself and told him that I didn't have another income.. so they gave me the song and dance that they would call corporate and see what they can do hahaha hahaha.. yes they wasted my time but it's all good you know why because I got the loan somewhere else with no hassles... it's a shame that I was there for so many years and paying my loans on time they never had a problem getting their money back.... and they couldn't even help me with one request but it's all good I bid you adieu... and I'll take my business elsewhere.. you left me with a lot to desire.. I will never recommend you for loans..
