Great customer service. Very friendly. I like that now, you can get your advance electronically credited directly to your account; thus saving a trip to the bank.
I just moved to town and needed fast cash with no where to turn. I took my chances and walked into Advance America with little to no expectation of getting a loan on a Saturday. To my surprise the ladies Karla, Betsy, and Airylyn not only got me qualified for a loan, I was able to walk out with cash in hand within an hour of my arrival due to an error on my part. I am extremely grateful to Advance America and especially Karla, Betsy, and Airyln who worked very hard to help me in my time of need. They were very professional and while I was there I noticed the exceptional customer service given to every customer who walked into the store. I was very impressed by the way they took the time to explain the process to everyone. They did not give me the run around which I was very thankful for. Again I want to give them a "JOB WELL DONE".
Great customer service but my husband is handicapped and it’s very difficult first of all to open the door to enter the establishment. Entrance is not handicapped friendly. The other problem is that because he is in a wheelchair he is unable to reach counter where signature pad is located
