Always very kind. I have been using them for a few years and have never had a problem (unless I don't make my payments at all lol. But that's what you would expect)
I want to say I understand finance is probably a tough field to work in and I can only imagine what calls the office might handle but the people calling are just that they are people. People with lives, kids and jobs. They are people working really hard to build a life and navigate through times that can be financially and emotionally draining. Please speak to people as if they are humans and be kind. You are in a field of customer service.Some of the office staff are wonderful and pleasant but Terry the manager is demeaning and rude, finance or not customer service is your # 1 job. Please be kinder, you do not know how the way you talk to people affects their day and lives.
I normally have a great experience, however this time if I'm already a current the process is just way too long especially dealing with this new person who knows you been dealing with this company several years and they all know you on the first name base. She continued to ask for a copy of my social then wanted to verify a current employer after I provided a current check stub she wanted a lot of my time. Pamela may to be re trained this us unacceptable.
