Received an offer in the mail and tried to apply for a small loan. Mike is the one that reached out to me. From the beginning I never felt he had the best people skills. He just did not seem to care much nor did he offer much of a solution when I needed additional items. I asked to schedule an appointment and he never did that for me either. ♀️ So here I sit with a hit on my credit, no loan and feel the service with him was pretty poor.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced Both of the managers are extremely rude I lost my 450$ deposit and I took off of work just to meet with them so that’s 100$+ right there that’s a total of 550$. I was Preapproved for 6200$ when I found a car around that price they changed there word saying I could only get 4000$ so I went back to the dealer and found something els at that time is when I put down for the car we went back and forth on the phone with one main just to find out days latter they can’t approve the car because they were unaware that is a different car they also had me to get full coverage on the car but yet they wasn’t aware ? That just tells you right there it’s some bs After they literally just told me I couldn’t get the 6200$ loan. They are very dishonest and don’t own up to there word. One of the managers even laughed at me for not having 1500$ to put with the loan after she told me they would work with because of the mix up they had.I would not recommend getting a loan here no loyalty in this branch
This company keeps sending me cards and invitations to apply for a loan. When i had the need for a loan just two months ago the quickly declined a loan request for me. Just now i got another offer for a loan. Really? My mother also applied for a loan and was approved. Then when she called they quickly retracted their approval. Now she's getting more "invitation" cards and offers of pre-approvals. Are these people drunk?
No matter how much money you make it's only about credit here. If you have good credit then you would be foolish to come here. If you have average credit then they need collateral. If you have bad credit then you will be denied. Request to be removed from their bogus mailing approvals. They get your hope up to only waste your time.
Love doing business with Michael. ( I believe his name was) sorry I'm bad with names. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all he did for me.
