I cannot believe this branch behavior. Sherrie the "Market Leader" for the branch refused to meet with me saying that her visitor was going to take awhile and she would not have time to meet with me. I was basically kicked out of the branch without any reasonable explanation as to why it was considered a 'RISK' for me to attempt to deposit $1,200 in CASH, good old American cash, into my spouses account. These bills were just collected from a competitor bank, was in their envelope and as soon as the teller saw this, I was refused service. They did give me the phone number of their superior who they said would be glad to explain the situation to me better. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH OR EVEN TO THIS BANK.
I do not understand all the difficulties imposed Via discrimination at this branch. I do not have time for prejudice behavior over my money. Please learn to be professional
There was an issue with a check that I deposited into an ATM. It took over a week to resolve it. BB&T had already cashed it and held the funds because "it was not properly endorsed". (It was made out to me and my auto-financing company) Thanks to there lackluster efforts to resolve this issue, I basically ended up a week delayed in receiving these funds and had to go through a RIDICULOUS process all to get my car back from the shop. I had to stalk the individual assigned to my account/issue in order to get any updates, there was no LOGICAL problem solving used and therefore I will not be able to pay the shop where my car is being repaired for another week. As usual. Thanks for nothing BB&T.
Bad really bat attention. The lady was on the phone for 10 min and I, waiting on the line, got her attention and got upset. extremely rude, lousy customer service
