One of the worst places I've ever visited..the people are sooooo rude and dont have a clue on whats goin on..i had 3 different people come up to the window to do a job that only took a few moments to do and neither knew what the other was doing..complete confusion..and the ones behind the windows are so disrespectful and on a serious power trip..because they handle funds in large amounts they think they are Gods or something..the first impression i got within a few seconds of being there was that "we are better than you and you are nothing to us" definitely not worth the free "toostie roll" you get at the window..will never ever be going back to this business again nor will i recommend anyone else go there!!!!!!!!!!
Even though it gets pretty crowded up there at times, they do their best. It's the customers that are unbelievable. They don't realize for one, they have a system where they know who is next. Another, they take cash. No credit or debit. That's why they have an ATM. Seriously, this should be a no brainer. Also, if you don't have your ID how in the world are they suppose to verify who you are?

The employees at the Ocala location are so much more courteous and customer service oriented than the location in Inverness. I would highly recommend two things: #1- stay away from the Inverness, Florida location. #2- Take your business to the Ocala location.
