Bad customer service of the female in the front area on the computer, it is what she says not what You need. I went to get a print out of some transaction but she can do only what she wants. Not what I need. Ohhh... well.... call customer service if i can help you. Her answer was. Dammmm low customer service. And bad attitude. Fake smiles.
I waited in line for the teller for just under an hour with two people ahead of me. Every time I go i plan to spend at least an hour in line. I always recieved the worst customer service. I only have an account with them bc my employer banks with them. But avoid this place at all costs. It's the biggest headache.
Worst experience ever, LONG LINE WUTH JUST 2 TELLERS.... LOOKS LIKE ON THIS LOCATION THIS IS "SOMETHING NORMAL" PLEASE AVOID IT, SO THEY CAN CLOSE OR IMPROVE THE SERVICE
Just horrible I have been calling literally 14 times and no one answers the phone. Talk about being for your customers, you're better off resolving things yourself or call next door and send someone there. I wish I could actually attach the screenshot to the amount of times I've called...
There’s always a long line and the bank accountants are super slow. There’s always 1-2 people working the counter and even when there are three people, it’s still super slow. I suggest going elsewhere!
