We visited today, we go there regularly. We were there this Sunday morning. Customer service was great. Only three employees. But the young lady that took care of us, actually was able to take care of two customer, at the same time. Amazing, and great. This company is outstanding. The CEOs, of this company really know how to hire people. I can tell, they are concerned, about the service, that customers receive. Because this is what we experience today. I take my hat off, to Amscot.
Avoid this kid place, literally all the employees are children that never seen more than 500 dollars together and the worst place besides taking 1hr to verify that the money is there, they dont want to release it because it too much 10k is too much yall broke people make me upset, 10k don’t even cover 3 pairs of shoes. AVOID AT ALL COST!! They act like they never seen money before Well they probably dont.

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. They basically play musical chairs with their customers and workers. They don’t acknowledge you, the workers forget about you or ignore you. They barely care honestly. There has to be a better Amscot in the area. I’d travel 30 extra miles to find a better serviced amscot.
