Opened up my business checking account 2 months ago. I spoke with ms.bird. Terry bird or something like that. Anyway, after 2 weeks I get a call that there’s a paper she forgot to have me sign. I come in and sign and that’s that. She calls me again and I get mail stating my account will be closed due to ANOTHER paper that wasn’t signed at the branch. How many times do I have to waste my time to come in just to come right back. I closed my account today and am never doing business here again. I’ve referred people about to open their business to go to chase, I’ve already made those phone calls and changed their mind. Credit unions where people actually care and do their job. I also came into the drive through the other day with no one behind me and bird was standing there taking my cash and all, I asked her then if I could sign as my daughter was sleeping and I couldn’t come in, she again said “no” I’m at the window, I.D. Debit card, everything needed to verify myself and to sign a piece of paper that she keeps forgetting and I can’t do that? Y’all are about worthless. Go elsewhere people, save your time and energy because these people, especially bird lady loves to waste it.

Your private banker, Alicia, at the service center on 441 in Mount Dora Fl has the worst customer service skills. I visited the branch to look at options for rolling over a coverdell education ESA into possibly a 529 plan and received absolutely no help. She didn’t seem interested in helping us. She didn’t offer to make an appointment with a financial advisor. She referred us other banks to open a 529 plan when this is a product Chase clearly offers. It is obvious to me that being a customer of your bank for 15 years means nothing to you. Customer service for banks like you is not a top priority.

They are the reason credit unions are so successful. The least helpful people unless you would like them to repeat their company policy. Went in to make change and left 20 minutes later with no change and a desire to move our many business accounts elsewhere.

Today was our first time in the Mount Dora Chase Bank and we were greeted warmly, treated courteously and will make this Chase branch our go to place for banking.

Have a friend who is disabled and has difficulty getting around. Today he asked me to make a cash payment on his Chase charge card. He had all the proper documents filled out and even gave me his drivers license and chg card in case it was needed. I got to the bank and was told NO they would not accept his cash payment from me. I asked to speak with a mgr and was told that she was off. I asked to speak with an asst mgr and was laughed at. I signed in and waited and waited and waited and no one would talk with me to explain why it was policy that I could not make a payment for someone so disabled. I wanted to see the policy in writing. After a 20 min wait I gave up and left. Got to tell you, the teller was the nastiest woman I've ever experienced working for ANY bank! Additionally, Chase should be ashamed of itself for refusing to accept a cash payment for a Chase charge card because the owner was too weak to walk and do it himself. I would be interested in seeing the WRITTEN POLICY that says I could not walk in and make a payment for someone clearly unable to do so on their own. The Chase Bank location was: 18925 US Hwy 441, Mt Dora, FL, 32757. I would appreciate answers!
