The in-store I give 5 stars!! The people I deal with there are always nice. As far as getting the loan online. Horrible. I set it up in store to give it a try. My normal paydays i use for ALL my loans is the 1st of the month retirement from military. When it got set up, it was set every 2 weeks. Okay, I can try to work with that. Paid the first 2 payments. Then I paid it off early on the 1st of the month when I got my check. So that would have been the 1st. A few days later i get emails saying my next payment is due. I have a $0 balance. I look at my account online and yes it shows a $0 balance. So I call the Toll-free number to check. The person on the phone says that yes I have a zero balance however. it takes 7-10 Business days..business days mind you, for their system to close the account. The lady on the phone said to just ignore the emails. So for the next 2 weeks basically, i got 2-3 emails a day telling me my next payment is due soon, then my payment is due today, then lots of emails saying my payment is past due...The company is great, the people in the stores are great, just stay away from their online services. I work IT, there should be no reason they can set their systems to close the account once the payment that zeros the balance clears the bank.
would be happy with your new on-line service if you did not hold my reapplying for funds for several days after my check cleared. So far its been 4 days and I still cannot reapply. I will not use this service again its a rip-off. You received your funds the same day they were requested.
I have been to a few different locations. The Middleburg location is BY FAR the BEST location I have been to. All the other locations are either rude, or slow, and not very friendly, Maggie is the best. She’s really sweet, kind and caring.
Maggie is the best she not just the employee that does the paper work she ask about ur family makes u feel welcome and not weird because u need a little help getting through the month....seriously love this place love Maggie
