I have to give 1 star in order to post my complaint. If not, there would be nothing for this place. Being a long-standing customer, I can tell you that this Flagler branch has really lost its touch! They don't return phone calls, they don't follow -up with you on any important details or deadlines you need to know regarding your pending loan, and the attitude toward customers is very indifferent and flippant. "Oh, sorry...your pending loan request has expired. It's been in the system for 25 days. You need to apply again". Why was it in the system for 25 days??? Because of THEIR negligent delays and lack of communication. This is what I got from the manager, after weeks of sending in the necessary documents (repeatedly), not getting any phone messages or emails returned, leaving messages on their answering machine during the workday and not getting call-backs, etc. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a financial lender! Basically, I got a hard inquiry on my credit report for NOTHING. They simply do not care. However...if you are a day late paying back an existing loan, rest assured you WILL get your "courtesy reminder" call.
