We payed off our loan in full. We signed the agreement letter on 12-10-18 and sent it back. We were told they would release the lien and send us our title back and a paid in full letter. We were told we would told we would receive it in 10 days. We called them 3 times, each time they admitted it was their mistake and told us the lien would be released immediately and we would receive the title within 5 days. It’s 02-02-19 and still haven’t received the title. Marlin Financial is not returning our calls. Looks like we will have to take them to small claims court to get the lien released and our title back! Also...BEWARE of the Debit Cancellation of $2000. (We borrowed $1000.)

Do NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. If your DESPERATE for cash - DO NOT do business with Marlin Financials. Your situation will NOT get better - only worse when your interest rate balloons your monthly payment to more than DOUBLE what you thought you were paying - then they repossess your car without any notice of default. Deceptive AND 80% interest added to loan in the disguise of insurance GAP insurance - that I was FORCED to add to loan. Don't just listen to me - GOOGLE Marlin Financial and you will see how they defraud their customers, repossess their cars, then lie to their customers. The State of Florida has an ACTIVE investigation into their deceptive practices. Look it up and stay away from Marlin Financials. No offices in ORLANDO - using a FAKE ADDRESS!

I only give one star because I can't give it 0 stars. Beware of this company. Everyone knows title loan companies are out for one thing- money. But if you are here because you are considering using this company- DO NOT! Find another company. Because if you fall into hardship & call to make arrangements for your payment, they will claim to have "no notes on your file" and take your car within a day. And you will be left to pay 3x your loan plus thousands of dollars in fees to get your vehicle. They have no empathy, they will find any way possible to screw you over, overcharge you through the roof & with not a care in the world. They are very prompt, however, guiding you through the process, getting you to sign the paperwork & getting you the money. But they will find a way to overcharge..hence why dozens of people are now suing them. Like I said, use any other company. Just not Marlin Financial.

They didn't pressure me into taking a loan and they were able to answer all my questions before I made a decision. At the end of it all it's because of them I was able to take care of an emergency that otherwise could have been a disaster. I'm very grateful and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some emergency cash.

Very bad company they lie and u will pay back 3 times the loan even if u pay it back early they charge for insurance they say u have have lie I was 2 days late on my 1st payment they took my 30,000 truck for 3,500 dollar loan I had to pay them back over 6,000 to get my truck back fromthe back woods in bred tow truck people, comapny they use in psl,fl they hung up on me when I told her I was calling the police she kept hanging because I needed my wallet which was in my truck I had to give them money just to get the wallet and they told my truck would be going to auction in two days there eveil people do not go to them for help if your in a bad way u will just make it worse on yourself they will take your car thank God I came up with all the money and got out if this mess please do yourself a favor do not do bussiness with this company.btw all the people on here saying how great they are to deal with are employees or relitives ask them for there contract numbers bad news u have been warned !!!!
