This has been my Favorite place to cashing in checks . Honestly I would Not Bother or Waste my Time going to other companies like Amscot. Community Choice Financial/Check Cashing USA Charges a Cheaper Price when you Cash in your Checks, Unlike Amscot they will charge you A Very Large Amount to cash checks. Amscot was charging me $68.00 to cash in my grandmothers check and This Company only charged me $20.00 That's A Big Difference! I Want To Give A Big Thanks To Frank!!!!! Frank is Outstanding!!! He was able to cash in a check that was Written by my Grandmother which has poor handwriting due to her age, Amscot Refused to cash in the lawful check for me but Luckly I had Frank and a great company there to provide Excellent Customer Service! He Did the work and took the time and had the patience to examine and verify the check and it was able to be cashed. Thank You For Providing Excellent Service! Frank You Deserve A Raise For Being My Community Hero and being there For The People!!!! And Thank You For Giving Me The Comfort Knowing That My Grandmothers Money Is As Good As Anyones!
UNBELIEVABLE. The worst customer service at this horrendous place. All the employees are beyond rude and incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing and NEVER come across clearly. You MUST read the fine print and ask all questions possible because they do not tell you the important facts. They are idiots, I've never disliked a place so much. The Only benefit is the fact they're open 24 hours but even that is crap. They will absolutely refuse to help you if they don't know how to do what you've asked them. They go behind your back and will withhold information. I absolutely refuse to go back and I've been going for quite some time just because of they're schedule. DONE. NEVER AGAIN. I forewarn everyone who reads this RUN AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT. Not even to change a check for you THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!
Frank is the man came in this morning with two checks and they where not the typical checks to be cashed but he took the time to get them cashed for me and I am so thankful as I'm going to be in Miami for the week working and need the money to eat thank you so much if I'm ever in this situation again I know just where to go thank you so much
There should be a minus star rating for places like this! There's 40 people in line and 2 Windows open, then there 4 employees just walking around in the back! This is by far the WORST I mean by far the WORST PLACE I have ever been to. I've never left a review before but this place is so bad I had to! I hope this review stops at least one person from coming here!!!
