Just got off the phone with Jessica (strong Spanish accent) answered the phone with a horrible attitude. I ignored her lack of manners but when I made a simple mistake about the 1st of August falling on a Thursday she replied “I don’t know what calendar you’re looking at” when she could have simply said I’m sorry mam I believe you are mistaken. Anything else would have been acceptable. Don’t know what’s wrong with her or why she’s in a bad mood but that doesn’t give her the right to be rude and slick to customers of company that is paying her. Positive employee attitude goes a long way. Please help Jessica learn some manners or have her take attitude management classes because she clearly can’t handle a task as simple as answering the phone.
I usually don’t write reviews, this is probably my first one EVER. But I thought it was necessary to warn other customers about how horrible this place is. I walked in to ask a question about the possible payment options for a cash advance. Jessika, was unable to answer this question because I wasn’t the owner of the account I was inquiring. She seemed to be bothered, and gave me a nasty attitude after I continued to try to get an answer from her.
