Leonardo is the worse representative I’ve had to deal with. The first time I went for a loan and he knew all along and pretended I needed a money order saying to me that they were out of money order and 10 mins later he said that he didn’t understand . And again today Advance America has all my documents from the best office on Sw 8 St. (Which I just went here because I was around the area) again problems with Leonardo wanted bank statements. Lidia and Rudy on Sw 8 St keep being the best of what you do. Never going back to this location again. I speak to him in English and Spanish and still pretends he doesn’t understand ♀️. Please get better service in this location or better management.
