I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that was provided. After all information (personal) was collected. I was told that the rep needed the help of upper management and they refused to assist at the time. Pretty much telling me screw me and the reason I came. I was livid. After waiting for nearly an hour standing up with my impatient 2 year old, the rep continued to proceed with another customer as if I was finish. At the time I really couldn't understand that the general manager refused to even assist. After I told him how dissatisfied I was he attempted to contact them again for help. And again they said that all 4 of them were unavailable. I couldn't believe I was getting this from a company I had done so much business with and even referred numerous others. So much so, that i decided to report them to the better business bureau.
Great place , lines move very fast , don’t ever borrow no more then what you need is all I recommend.
