I've banked with Suntrust for several years in Virginia without any complaints. I recently opened another business account in Merritt Island for rentals I have in the area. After a few months of banking they closed my account in error and I can't get a reasonable explanation. The VP there is Ashley Campisi, she's handled the initial paperwork and can't give me an honest clear answer as to why this happened. After looking at the reviews on this branch there seems to be a customer service problem and I suggest management reevaluate this branch before you loose any more business.
This branch is the reason I almost didn’t bank with suntrust. All the staff here are rude and incompetent. They all have fake unwelcoming attitudes. They lack customer service skills. I hate going to this branch. I get there first and always seem to be the last one to leave the drive through. The lady said some transactions are more involved then others. Well that should mean it’s a simple withdraw. And I’m out fast. But that’s not the case at all. It’s a shame really.
The blonde manager there is not a very nice person. She took somebody ahead of me in line because i think she thought they were going to open an account because they had more money. I was waiting there an extra long time and clearly got skipped as she didnt care. Never again will I bank here they have horrible fees.
We had a bad experience here. We opened an account so we would be able to close on a home we purchased. We were told the money would be available when we needed it but when it came time to get the money it wasn't available. I hope in the future the employees know what they are talking about. Probably will be changing banks.
Horrible fees and the worst costumer service I have ever seen. Long lines and the main bank manager is always trying to work people over for their money. If you aren't old and rich they don't care about you.
