I’ve been with this bank for a couple years. Just for jollies I was reading the reviews here. One thing I noticed is that the people in general who scored it a one, when I looked at their review history, were pretty digital. They either rated places 1 or 5, period. There are several comments regarding working through issues over the phone being a problem. Recently I had several fraudulent charges on my credit card. I didn’t have any of those problems, and I was calling from Saudi Arabia, 8 time zones away. No long waits, friendly, knowledgeable and patient service. The bank doesn’t own the credit card(most banks don’t) so when they refunded me the money it was on their nickel until the card company pays them, often months later. Rather than make you wait, as many will do, they took the hit. Their I-net banking has gotten much better. One thing we customers ought to realize is that this software is very expensive for the bank to have. How good the software is depends on how big we want the service fees. Lower fees?, maybe a little clunky software. I’m ok with that.
Good so far 5 months with them.. still just a bank though lol all about that money and hidden fees as all of them
I’ve had no issues using this bank it’s a pretty good bank and I’ve had for a couple of years now better than my last bank
Love this bank and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Used to bank with Chase and when I applied for a car loan Chase denied me and I had banked with them forever but Launch extended me credit......transferred my account over. Customer service is always on point. Only thing is I wish they were open for a few hours on Saturdays.
I'm writing this review because in regards to the Love of my life that got fired on Friday April 12th from the Launch Federal C.U. after almost 13 years of faithful work. I am deeply sadden that this happen and she didn't deserve this treatment. I have been a member at the credit union for almost 40 years and have finance over 20 vehicles with you all. In the near future I will be terminating my account and moving to the community credit union. The launch credit union went to a new system and a lot of members are complaining about how it does not work good at all and how its affecting their banking life. Its not fair what you did to the love of my life. All the members that came in for her service love her so much and would wait in line for her to serve them. She was the light of the Rockledge branch with her smile and dressed to kill every day. everyone love her so much. You all made a very bad decision to let her go.
