Had two car loans and a personal loan. They were the worst! If you were late with your payment, even though you called before it was late and let them know it would be late, they would repeated call looking for payment. I finally paid them off and 6 months later I had an accident that totaled my car. When I went to get my settlement from the insurance company, I found out they never took the lien off. When I had to contact them and find out why they made it out like it was my fault. Run away from this poorly ran organization!
Truly amazing. Becca is awesome and anytime we need anything just had tl pick up a phone. Been using them for almost 3 yrs and i do not have a single complaint. Will continue to use them for all our vehicle or loan needs. Superior!!!! Wish i could give 20 stars.
I wish they had an option for negative stars! Worst customer service that I ever have experienced. I paid my loan off and never received my title. After a month I called to inquire why I had not received the title and was met with some horrendous responses, from ask your mailman to oh well maybe you tossed it out. Why should I have to pay to replace the title when I never had it in the first place, This office needs to be retrained on their customer service skills. Hopefully I get a better response from the corporate office. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER!
