Store manager was extremely rude.I tried to buy a ps4 controller. He gives me a controller that is broken and ask for $25 I countered offer $20 but he said no I will just keep it. I have no problem with him Not wanting to lower the price but have a better controller one that's not broken. I hope that attitude is not go on check for too much longer because all hes going to do is bring his store down.Next time know your market PS4 is an old generation of consul and they're selling for $25 brand new on Amazon I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to never come to this store.
There's Alot of times people need money for things in there life....and you don't want a Hastle or to have to stand in line or argue prices.....I have to say.....The staff of this place are awesome.....They always go above and beyond to help you get what you more then what you expect on your stuff on the pawn side......courteous of your expectations and what you think your items are worth.....And Even on purchases in the store they will work with you on straight out the door buys...... I went in was greeted with a welcome and I was helped by the cooliest nicest funniest guy he is the manger and they worked fast and got me in and out fast. Didn't have any thing bad at all to say about my visit today or any time I go there. Thanks for being so awesome every single one of the employees are great !
horrible place i called them to get rid item they said i had to come in . with item then the lady said we dont want it she could sid that over phone so i woudnt have to drive there
Overpriced items, not something you'd expect from a store selling used items. You get almost nothing for selling them even new items. Which on one hand, yes, they need to make a profit, but they seem out of touch with what will sell fast, and reasonable pricing. About half the staff are actually really great, and friendly. The other half act like pompous ass-hat for no reason. All around not a great place, the only reason I'd recommend visiting is for location convenience.
