If I could give this place no stars, I would. Stood in a store with six employees and still took 25 minutes to get attended to. No one so much as acknowledged my existence while I was there until I was selling my item. Furthermore, the two brute cashiers were commenting on a woman that was served before me in the most inappropriate way. “Locker room talk” has no place anywhere, but especially not in your place of employment and directly in front of customers. They gave me money, but they unfortunately cannot give me back the time I wasted here. Edit: one of the workers there said something mildly racist too, do with that what you will

I had some gold jewelry and decided to sell it since now im into silver. I was unsure of the amount i was going to receive but i was blown away about the amount i got! Thomas and Raheem (sorry if i spelled it wrong) were very great when it came to being honest with the sale. I was amazed at their customer service and knowledge of the jewelry value. If i ever need to sale or pawn anything i will only use their service. I also enjoyed watching spongebob with them until the sale was final !Great company!
They definitely lowball you on prices and loans. I sat and waited in a line of 5 people when 3 were working there and only 1 was taking customers. If you get a loan they charge 20% on what little money they will give you, the oysters way to get more money is if you keep owning the same item and keep paying the 20% fee!
