Does not report loan payoff timely. Happy to take your money then make you pay 200 a month in liability insurance. Then when you pay off loan does not send you paperwork for a month so far. Did not report payoff to consumer agencies. Parent company has F rating from BBB near400 complaints. I would suspect the greater number of ratings here are PR company generated. In regard to your reply I called your corporate office whom you told me to call after telling me that timely submital to credit agencies of full pay-off was not anything you could control but that it was corporate... They send you to a recording telling you to hold then the call drops. I went through this 6 times. No one there cares about anything after they stop getting money.
So I went in today to pay my loan off in full of 702.52 and was going to turn around and get another loan. Mrs.Chris is the best!!! She asked me why would I do that instead of just paying my minimum which was 128.00. I paid the 128.00 and got an extension for another month. Thank you so much Mrs. Chris!
