Hanif is the man! Best bank in Tampa/Lutz
After an hour of waiting to get a temporary debit card and being skipped by the associate three times to help other people I left. Ridiculous. I will be closing my personal and business accounts with BoA. Persistent issues.
Rarely able to deposit checks at ATM
Worst bank ever!!!!!! They have closed all drive thrus in the city. Clearly they do not want people to bank with them anymore. I have never been so dissatisfied in my entire life!!!
Go to another branch if you need to do something that does not involve an ATM. One teller. No drive through. Absurdly slow.
