if I could give this place a minus 5 star I would not only I was not even greet upon my arrival but I picked a vacuum in my hands to purchase and another customer saw me and keep checking while I look at few things then when I was ready to buy the cashier said it was sold to that same lady (liar that women only notice that vacuum when I said the price) she conveniently got interested if it was hers why I was able to browse the entire store and take my time with the vacuum in my hands???? so Hey cashier lady that was very unprofessional just cause u wanted to seal the sale you lost a client (me) I will never visit again this store. Very disappointed I gave the vacuum back and walked away even another customer said to the cashier and to me "that's so wrong" I wouldn't give it back if is on the shelves is for sale" so I took the time to write this so other clients see how I was treated and beware.
My husband came in spoke with the women with short curly hair I think her name is Mary. She was not helpful at all. Our credit slip number could not be read and she said she couldn't help bc their phone system is down. But your still able to use the computer/register to cash people out but she was unwilling to lookup the transaction for us. Fine! We decided to see if we can figure out how to get the number visible but was unable to at home. We ended up going back and spoke with Derick and he was extremely helpful. He looked up the transaction number and called help desk, got what we needed to use the remainder of store credit. Derick thank you so much we appreciate your expertise and professionalism. The 5 stars are for you. Mary if that's your name you need to work on your customer service and attitude. If you don't want to do your job then this job is not for you. You get 0 stars
Didn’t even want to give them one star they are so rude and want to stand around giving people dirty looks and worry about what they want not about work waited for 30 minutes to not even get a hello I’ll be right with you. Worst place ever
Terrible pawn shop, terrible service and incredibly slow. Don’t bother coming here at all.
Honestly, these guys couldn't possibly have treated a customer better. I came in from out of town to look at some gear and they were knowledgeable, helpful, totally professional, and above all, friendly and easy to work with. It was busy, but they handled a lot of people and a ton of customer service, with warmth and humor. Gary and Michael; two great gentlemen to do business with.
