Probably have a better office atmosphere and better customer service if they got rid of José. He is by far one of the dumbest and lacks any common sense whatsoever. Hopefully his comprehension of the English language improves so he can speak and understand
I mean sometimes I’ll get an okay experience with trying to pay my bill but 8/10 I get someone who actually hates their life and literally has the worst attitude on the phone. Stop hiring middle aged crybabies who have awful costumer service please and thanks.
These people SUCK!!!!!! I was in the middle of switching jobs and you cant help that. So i offered half my payment and the next week I will send the rest. NOOOOOO they apparently cant do that. If you want your money wouldnt you take what was given ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS AT LEAST HALF and may i add its a small amount wouldn't you take SOMETHING for whats owed?????? I am at least trying to offer half of my payment....its not like I am not trying to pay it. I was told oh we will work with you and someone else already told me it was fine to wait until I got paid but now its not. I don't recommend anyone going there.
