everytime i come here i wait in the line and always get attitudes im always smiling and the ladies except aylssa and sam the rest look at me like i dont have a job and that im below them sweetie we both get paid the same amount i just need a loan because one of my kids needed somewthing unexpect or they ate all the cheese and cant make something cheesy for them.

I have had 20 years of excellent service and have been completely satisfied with the customer service especially, Melynda, Pete, Sam, Jose, Charity, Rocio and Edvardo. I would recommend their services to anyone.
For one the customer service was horrible. The agent Melanie was rude and very unprofessional. She didnt chheck my jewlery for authentication and she also tossed my jewlery back into the box like it was scrap metal. Didn't even take the time to acknowledge that a pair of the earrings are 18k. Smh and since when do pawn shops not take silver?
This location is one of the worse...Bad & low costumer service. Please visit Pawn Max is the best and they pay much more. Even value pawn is better.
