Highly disappointed in this location . The manager was very rude and raising his voice the entire conversation. I tried explaining to him the situation I was in and he would not work with us what so ever. Amscot knows they are the only business around who deals with money orders and such and feel they can steal how ever much they want. There’s a reason they only have a 1 star rating with the better business bureau. Lack of ethics.
Highly disappointed in this Amscot location. Their staff does not have the quality of the other locations. They are rude and more busy on their personal phones than they are in their customers.
Always an easy in-and-out quick fast and customer service friendly
Poor customer service. Had my bank account hacked and tried to set up an alternate payment arrangement and got a lecture from "Nate". Thank GOD I don't have to use this type of service again!!!!!! If you have to use a place such as this, I'd definitely go ANYWHERE else.
Horrible horrible horrible service! We've been going to this location for years. A manager A*th*ny (fill in the blanks) has no customer service experience period. He was so rude to me that I froze for a second thinking did he just say that?! I will never go to this location again. I felt so humiliated that I allowed him to talk to me the way he did. I had to be the bigger person so I just walked out. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location if you want to be treated like a human being.
