The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Even when there are a lot of customers it has never taken longer than 10 minutes to get in and out.
Update: they charged me $20 to cash a $400 money order, without warning. Slow. So agonizingly slow. I had ten minutes to kill and it's been thirty. Wth. And there's no line, she took my check twenty minutes ago, and hasn't even handed me my id back yet. Next problem: they wouldn't cash a $400 Western Union money order, even with the stub without the receipt. This place is absurd and won't be receiving my business again.
