People hit hard times, usually are ashamed or afraid to pawn something for fear of judgement or losing their item. Not here... At Q.O.P. Lake Worth, the entire staff is extremely helpful and don't make you feel bad or uncomfortable for having to make a move to help yourself out during a rough time. Noteablly, Daniel and Brian, those 2 guys are the BEST! Daniel has been nothing but help to me as I've went through allot recently, always very clear and thoroughly explaining everything so you have no fear of doing business here at all, a great guy overall and great customer service. Brian, usually helps me when Danny isn't around, funny kind hearted guy who will make you feel at ease if you have to bring in something you're afraid to lose, he reassures you that as long as requirements are met, you WILL get your property back. The manager or managers they've worked with have taught them well. I live maybe 30 min away from this location, but after the excellent service I recieve from them EVERY time.
