Good ppl decent items but sometimes on the high side. Also there estimate on pawns are low at times.
Absolutely unprofessional staff I took my ring there to have it appraised without asking they took a file and dug a Groove in the ring. I had to follow them to another Jeweler and they wouldn't even give me gas money in my truck to follow them all they did was paid to have the ring resurfaced and I lost a tenth of a gram on my ring.
I can’t believe I brought a watch that cost me 1,200 and they want to give me $50 dollar I went to the one in obt they offer me $200 but this one 192 I never going there again those people they don’t know what they doing there
I just started selling items to pawn shops and this is the best place ever. I tried value pawn but was treated like I stole my own stuff. When I went in I was greeted by Armando. When I showed him the items i had to sell he gave me a great price for my stuff. He gave me even more than what I expected. Great experience will continue to do business at this location.
