Excellent Customer Service at this store
Bad experience. I went there to apply for a cash advance loan. Carlos looked at my pay stubs and said I made to much money to apply. I almost busted out laughing that was the most ignorant statement I’ve heard in a while anyways, I proceeded and asked what is the maximum income allowed to apply. HE LITERALLY SAID I DONT KNOW. I asked so what’s the problem ? Carlos answered I’ve seen people get rejected with the same income. He refused to let me apply. I went to cash advance America in winter park and was approved for 500 dollar in less than 10 mins smh......
