Absolutely the worst customer service! This branch is across the street from my house and I will never use it again. Every time I go in there they make me wait for the one teller while the others are taking among them selves. The manager is just walking around with a cup of coffee in hand. This is pretty much the same thing every time I have had to go in there. The worst bank ever! I’m done!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK SERVICE EVER!! I have never been more displeased with a bank in my life and after four years with capital im done!!!!. The tellers who work here are Unpleasant, UNhelpful, and just PLAIN RUDE . if you are considering banking with this branch of Capital RECONSIDER!! even the simplest request is met with rolling of the eyes and just plain sloppy service. after three times experiencing this kind of service or lack of service really, I am done with Capital and will be taking my business elsewhere for sure!!! YOU SUCK!!
Worse bank ever , I been with this bank for about 5 years we always issues with people taking our debit card info then takes for ever for the bank to issue a new card , recently my card was is used in Brazil so of course my card got cancel I been waiting since the first week of June for a new debit card , they issue one with the wrong exp date , then they send the second one to the wrong address and now after almost 2 months finally I got very upset with Bank and told them I was leaving the bank well they order a third card via express that was on 7-21 I just called today and still no card. Is very annoying when you have bills going in cause I had them set up with my debit card , my disney passes got cancel because of all this now I have to pay to do all new passes. It very stressful and really unprofessional from the bank. Not to mention how many times I haved called and they tell me they would call me back and nothing... once my paycheck goes in direct deposit this week I'm leaving this bank.
