No leadership. The loan officers are not knowledgeable if you are seeking a business loan. They are inconsistent with what they tell you. Be smart and don’t waste your time. My family went to another bank and the process was made simple. Donna doesnt seem very honest.
This is a horrible bank. No customer service. Stay away. The manager has no insight. I think that put her here because they have no other location. She must be related to someone “helpless”
COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.
They wouldn't sell me amex traveler's checks since I was not a account holder. Amex site said they offered Amex traveler's checks with no such requirement. The person I communicated with seemed like she was looking for any excuse not to provide them to me. Based on the unhelpful nature of the employees at SunTrust, I would never open an account at this bank.
