Their systems were down, company wide, the day I went in. The woman who was working at the counter did everything she could to help everyone and did so with a great attitude. An hour + wait went by quickly and I got out quickly. She’s an amazing person. A++
Are used to really love this location because I could be in and out quickly but lately they are backed up every time I go in and take 15 min per person at least. Needless to say I switched locations
I came in for a money order. I can say I was acknowledge when I came in but the lady who did my money order had 0, and I mean 0 customer service etiquette. I come from Volusia County and since I've lived in JayVille I can say everywhere I go the customer service is horrid. Unfriendly, rude, bad manners, even at publix I had to say Hi to the Deli lady twice before she even said anything. I mean PUBLIX! There's no Hello or thank you or nothing. Let's just say bitter taste left in my mouth in this place. Unprofessional and poor Customer Service
