My wife and I are so impressed with this branch and especially, Danielle Walp. She remembers us and is so courteous every time that we come in to the branch or through the drive-thru. All of the tellers are awesome.

Having banked with VyStar for over 20 years, I can say that there is no comparison when dealing with these guys vs. the big banks, and especially international credit unions. Having grown up in Atlantic Beach, Vystar has been wonderful, not only with free banking and great rates, but amazing programs, like the pre-approved blank check they had mailed in just three days, with which I bought my truck in Hawaii shortly after moving there. After immigrating to Nova Scotia, Canada, they were great internationally, but a word of warning to anyone opening accounts at a foreign credit union... it's a total rip off, and a complete joke compared to what we have in the states, from high rates and poor service, to exorbitant fees in excess of 10k in less than 5 years! Enjoy what you've got there folks, and thank you Vystar for being so great over the years.
Its not until you get horrible customer service that you realize how wonderful the Jax Beach branch is. I'm in about once a week, either getting or dropping off cash. All my business accounts are here, and the service is always wonderful. After a horrible customer service experience at Wells Fargo, i was reminded again why I love VyStar. Tellers know me by name, and have opened a new window just to help me. Keep up the good work!
I've been a member (commercial checking account) for less than 90 days, and have already experienced two significant account service failures. One of the operating premises of any credit union is that "we're just as good as any bank, but we're cheaper and our service is better". The only part of this statement that's been true so far is the cheaper part. At this point, I believe I would have been better off using a traditional bank for my business account.
