GTE Financial – Hudson in Hudson, Florida

Yah I definitely go back to face to face tellers. Miss that with GTE, create more jobs. Better service. Been with Gte since I was 18. Definitely beats Chase and Wells Fargo. Chase charging a direct deposit fee for not having it. When a bank doesnt charge you extra and just a checking account fee it nice. The Gte App definitely needs improvement and a better way to transfer money. But recently went into a Suncost credit union with my 9 year who wanted to open a account and I wanted her to have a person to person experience. The employees at Suncost was able to assisted her to her best an helped her with her experience. I cant do this with my children. But looks like soon I will be switching myself since my children are there. I think gte should consider this for the youth and parents be able to teach their kids something.

Extremely slow, since the tellers were replaced. I've yet to spend less than 1/2 hr to make deposits, etc. If it weren't such a hassle to change banks, I would. On another note, the employees here are all very helpful and polite.

The staff here is very polite. They have a wide range of knowledge ranging from basic transactions up to foreign currency exchanging. The only downside I have to say is that the ATM takes such a long time to dispense money. It's almost like its trying to dial up like a bar ATM. But aside from that I can't complain.

The line is slow and tiresome. Should have a place to sit while in the very long line . Not so long just majorly slow . Also the teller Is so loud it sometimes tells out your financial buisiness into the room fir all to hear, Very bad for handicapped people

Hi...I Just want to say thank you to Ms Des Clarke . At the Hudson Florida branch... I was in a tight spot she was able to pull some strings are do whatever she did.. She totally salvaged what was a ruined day and got me back on track with work.. thanks so much
