Not enough people working here everytime I come here the wait is over an hour to see someone. This is unacceptable. Maybe its time to close all my accounts and look for another bank. 3 customers have left after waiting over an hour because the wait is crazy insane.

I have a business account. My card is blocked every time I purchase at my own home . same ip addresses. Have to call and waste time then. Now I spend 1 week requesting info on my account and no manager at branch or acc rep can help. Will close the account because they are making my life miserable.
