This location is the worse the staff has very bad attitudes. they’re very unprofessional at this location.As soon as I walked in the door I was told that I needed an appointment for this location, I then stated that I have been in before and was never told that. The associate then said it was only for today. After that I worked with Bianca Linarte who did not even introduce herself I had to ask her for her name she was very short and made it seem as if I was wasting her time she spoke of other customers information including first and last name in front of me never did I receive undivided attention during my interaction. After having everything I needed she found away to say no only because I was inquisitive and educated. When I question her she showed major attitude I asked her to please take her personal Emotions and feelings out of the conversation. Don’t waste your time going to this location unless you are family and friends of the staff!!!!!

Ease of process, & paperwork. In and out for the entire loan? Less than 90 minutes from application, to paperwork signing. Online account management including payment history, balance inquiry and ability to make additional payments towards principal. I dealt with them when it was Springleaf, and it's still as easy as it was before.

I like your service. I choose you over other agencies because the vicinity and I was lucky to deal with someone like Bianca. She is real nice. I think she is an asset to your office. Real good. General speaking .very good experience
