This isn't about the physical location it's about the online & 800 customer service. I've used payday loans many times before. I understand how they work. I planned ahead, gave myself several days to get the funds before I needed them. I was approved and verified. I waited to see the funds deposited. The day came i needed the funds and still they hadn't been deposited. I called Ace to find out what was going on only to be told "Oh there was a fatal error when they tried to send your application and it was kicked out. All you have to do is sign these documents and it'll be fine." Well that was a lie. I finally get a supervisor and find out that even if she can get the application to go through the earliest I can get the funds is 3 days later. And now I can't even go to another company because it shows I have a payday loan and in Florida you have to have 31 days between loans. Thank you so much Ace for screwing me.
