Terrible place. Don’t support Ace Cash. I wanted to know my husband‘s balance. They asked for his first and last name. Including his social. I happily answered. This is how the convo went: ACE employee: I don’t see anything. Me: oh so I guess that means he doesn’t owe anything, right? ACE employee: I don’t know *click* No goodbye. Just hanged up when I was trying to talk. It was rude and unprofessional. Husband gets a call a minute later from the same employee I spoke with and she said how she didn’t know if she was supposed to share that info but uh hello why ask me the questions if they felt the need to withhold information from me? Is that the policy of the company? Maybe! But why ask me info to begin with!!!! Talk about embarrassing and rude. So I go to the place in person. I wanted a printed out copy of the balance. Lady tells me she can’t do that unless my husband was there. I bring him in and we do it together but suddenly she claims they just don’t print paperwork? What type of business are they running??? Why do something and then claim the opposite? Employee was called Dayma, I believe. And the manager is Maria. I think that’s who I spoke with on the phone. This business is simply poorly run and shady as heck. Take a loan from a bank. Borrow money from a friend. Make a gofundme account. Save yourself the mess. The ladies that work here don’t have printers and are liars. Trust me. They deserve no stars.
