Very helpful staff, friendly concerned and do anything they can to make sure you get your loan.
My mother got identity theft from this horrid company. They sent a pre approved check in the mail and somebody stole it from our mailbox and took this loan out. This business should be shut down for good!
Bad customer service. Not able to do co-signers out of city. Not able to properly account for single owner LLC income. Just a horrible experience all around. Mr. Brown and Chris in particular at the Gainesville branch just are terrible. Don’t recommend them at all.

Lousy customer service. Won’t report loan payments in real time, or even monthly. When I called to ask why payments where not reported at least monthly, they said “maybe quarterly”, thus, dragging your credit score while they take their sweet time to report to credit agencies. Never again!!!!
