New to Florida and wanting to open an account. First wanted to see how easy it is to reach a live person by phone. Long phone tree to listen to with many options. Finally it says dial zero for the operator. Hung up and redialed to get an accurate time. Took 2 minutes and 11 seconds, which seems like a long time, to have the call answered when dialing zero immediately.
Very friendly staff, fast service with a private and safe feeling environment. They seem honest and are willing to help in any situation to get you the best possible outcome. Hands down much better credit union than SunstateFCU.They do not push unnecessary fees on you and are always easy to talk to. I highly recommend banking here and I am very critical of banking institutions myself. University of Florida employeesstudents have an extension right in the health center and ATM. No cashier check fees or ATM fees. A+
Wow! I'm surprised at this review. I've been banking here for years and have had nothing but great service every time I go in. But, I guess no one feels the need to give a good review. They only take the time to put it in writing when they have had a bad experience. I love banking here and will continue for many years to come.
