It seems many of the employees have different interpretations of policies - and levels of competence. Not something you hope for from an organization holding your money. This location failed to complete the closing of my account - moved funds without my permission and put through fraudulent charges. Total incompetence.
World slowest bank I have been at teller window for 30minutes , what bank has only 1 money counter and keeps it in back , in the age of the internet how can this company continually makes things slower if they are not careful they will end up like Sears, Kmart , toys r us etc, no company is too big too fail and Suncoast has a poor way of thinking
Debit accounts do not have fraud protection. Bank refuses to refund fraudulent charges.
