They over charged me for a payment I made on my loan. Then told me over the phone (by Ruben) as long as I could provide the proof that the wrong amount was debited from my account they would credit me that amount on my next payment. When I arrived at the store and provided proof that I was overcharged Ruben refused to credit my account. I've done business with this location for years and always paid on time. Never again and the location 2 lights down gives you more $$ for your loan no issues with that location.
Prices seem a little on the higher end, but that seems to be a trend with pawn shops these days. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. It was nice to see after the last place I was in.
So far so good i been here like 3 times in a 2 year period and everyone is always helpful and friendly and the customer service is good.
They have been great to my boyfriend and myself there and you can trust them!
I went in there paid for a IPhone that was 100 dollars and take into apple to see way it wasn't reading my sim card and to go to find out the internal the phone was messed up so just be careful when you get phones from there because they don't check them this is my 3rd time of having this place do it to me and I'm done
