This is my absolutely favorite go-to pawn shop when I am looking for something. They are always courteous. It can get busy in there at times, so a bit of patience is in order, but I have never felt ignored. I have always felt as a valued customer. It's a pawn shop, but it is an honest one. I've been to others where you wonder if you are getting ripped off, not here. My son bought his first car here, they treated him with respect and you could tell they were enthusiastic to help him. I've been there many times and I plan on coming back many more.
When I walked in the door, I was so surprised to see 2 Harley Davidson Bikes parked in the front! I do on the other hand think they could have a better quality of items to offer The place was over run with ladies purses and shoes. I went to look at the jewelry. Which was a fair price, but o t was located in the very back of the store. They only had a few cases.
Today was my 1st time even going to this store and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect as it is a 'pawn shop' …. but the staff was friendly and even though busy, they took the time to call their manager and get me the best deal possible on a lightly used bike. Now, I'm certain they only paid pennies on the dollar for what I bought but then again I got it for less than half what it would be to buy new - EVERYONE WINS. I would definitely shop here again.
Really upsetting went there today and try to buy a item that was on the floor and couldn't get it bcuz it was sold when it wasn't,,,the cashier called someone on the phone inifront ofomy face to see if he was going to buy it,,SMH couldn't get the item bad business
The people who work here are great. They always try to help. Never mislead. And each and everyone have great characters. I don't want to mention names because I'm scared I might miss one person, they're all fantastic.
