Been banking there for years never had a problem and they were always helpful !
Worst customer service! Retired Gov. Employee trying to cash bonds. SunTrust policy 5 bonds or $2500 per day, really!! So I’ll just stop by everyday of the week for the next 4 months! Awesome service!! Can we say hello BofA or Wells Fargo ! UPDATE: I use another branch of SunTrust. It amazes me how the the same company can put the most awful people in the same place.
One of the best banks that I have worked with and the people are just fantastic.
