My granddaughter is away at college and has a checking account at sun Trust and occasionally her grandmother and I deposit cash into her account at the Dunedin branch. Today when I tried to make a small cash deposit they told me that if I was not a signer on the account that I could not make a cash deposit. !!! . Ridiculous
Someone scammed me out of $700 from this bank location and went there to inquire about this and the manager told me there is nothing he can do. Come to find out the person had taken all of her money out. Never the less I filed a police report.
SunTrust has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Avoid this place like the plague!
