I read reviews on everything before I jump into it. In this case I'm so glad I did. I understand a couple bad reviews when it's the majority that should tell everyone what this credit Union is all about.. I want to thank everyone for their honest opinion and experiences. I'm definitely going elsewhere.
It does not matter if I am at the drive thru, in the branch or speaking with customer services on the phone, this credit union goes above and beyond to help me and they're very kind their customer service is always consistent and so helpful easily get great rates with them on cc or loans. I moved everything to this credit union, highly recommend!!!
do not use them if you online bank it is a mess and the 3rd party is a nightmare (popmony) i did not know or I NEVER would have joined --leaving bank today
Prior to entering the branch a phone call was made on my behalf regarding the transaction I would be doing in the branch. I figured since the call to organize the transaction came from a branch representative from a nearby Achieva branch, I’d be in and out. Not the case, I was harassed by Madeline- Teller, who antaganized me regarding the funds I was utilizing, rolling her eyes she went to confirm with the Mgr Sara/Susan. Madeline left me standing at the counter for 11min, taking my ID with her, she then walks back out, instructs me to wait for her manager to verify, no apology for the additional 18min. At this point, I informed the manager regarding my disgust, for which she gave an empty apology followed by upholding the teller. What’s crazy is that the transaction was placed in the system by the Drew St branch, Madeline verified she could see it and they still harrassed me, asked about my employer etc.... never again!!!
Awful company to deal with. Fair warning: DO NOT conduct any business with this “credit union.”
